As your Wedding Celebrant
Often, couples
I will create and deliver a ceremony filled with love and laughter, and solemnity where needed. I will carefully weave your love story throughout the whole ceremony, and help you to choose music, readings and poems that will add to your unique occasion. As a Civil Celebrant I am able to create ceremonies with religious elements such as hymns, bible readings or prayers, or equally I can design your ceremony without any reference to religion. I can incorporate rituals such as hand-fasting, or sand-blending, which is particularly meaningful where there is a blended family. I can help you to write and deliver your Vows, or I can write these for you.
Included:
- Initial phone/Zoom call to start to get to know you, and for you to check that we have the right chemistry before we commit to each other!
- Once you have decided that I am the right Celebrant for you, I will send you a bespoke questionnaire for you to complete in your own time.
- A few months prior to the wedding, we will meet face-to-face to start planning your ceremony.
- I will send you a draft of the ceremony, and we will communicate as often as necessary via phone, email or WhatsApp to tweak it until you are entirely happy with it.
- Liaison with the wedding venue and other suppliers to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day
- Travel within a 30 mile radius of my home (if further, an extra charge may be incurred)
- A full rehearsal just prior to the wedding itself, if required.
- Delivery of the ceremony.
- As an add-on, a presentation copy of the script for the ceremony as a memento of your special day.

Wedding rituals
To make your ceremony really memorable, I recommend including a ritual, such as Handfasting, Cocktail-mixing, Sand-blending or Jumping the broom.
